IMTS 2014 mPower Workholding Booth: W-1916

The International Manufacturing Technology Show is one of the largest industrial trade shows in the world, featuring 1,900 exhibitors and 100,000 visitors. The event is held every two years in September at McCormick Place, Chicago.

Modern Industries mPower Workholding will be on display in booth W-1916. I’ll be working in the booth and providing some on site Social Media marketing and sales support during the event.

 

 

Destiny Tool will not have a booth at IMTS 2014 but I will be meeting with channel partners during and after show hours to discuss marketing and sales planning.

PMPA: Tooling Up your Social Media

This program will provide an informative and real world explanation of Social Media using simple analogies and anecdotes for a better understanding of the what’s happening, how to understand it & how to use the tools for your company.

The confusion about using Social Media is often a result of not knowing “what they do”. Just as you had to learn the difference between an end mill and a tap when you started your career, this program will explain what the tools are and how they work.

It will provide the “50,000 foot” overview of Social Media and finish by giving participants some places to “Start” on their Social Media efforts for their B-to-B manufacturing and machined products companies”

PMPA Management Update Conference
The concept behind the Management Update Conference is to “update” the audience on issues of concern to owners and managers of small and mid-size metalworking companies. Program topics and speakers are selected by the Management Update Committee, comprised of company owners and top managers. The Conference begins Friday morning and ends before noon on Sunday. The Precision Machined Products Association
The PMPA is an international trade association representing the interests of the precision machined products industry. While PMPA consists mainly of North America based manufacturers, its members also operate facilities in various industrial markets around the globe.
